The POUmax (Point-of-Use) offers 4-in-1 protection filter with a backwashing function. Installing the filter underneath the sink will protect that draw-off point against impurities, colour alterations, odours and microorganisms as well as possible harmful residues. The POUmax combines a fine mesh filter, an activated carbon filter and an anti-bacteria filter in one single device.

Depending on the water quality, the unit should be backwashed every 2 to 3 weeks in order to rinse out any deposits that may have accumulated within the cartridge. This filter is also easy to service with a manual backwash outlet, which allows a longer service life, saving on maintenance costs.
